Golden, bright and brilliant in color. The nose is intense and persistent with pronounced hints of apricots and peaches in syrup; the scents of flowers and orange blossom honey are recognizable followed by sweet notes of dates and figs. The taste is full-bodied and persistent with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. It contains the light, warmth and sunshine of its land.
GRAPES › 100% Moscato Bianco produced in the territory of Castellamare del Golfo at about 500 meters above sea level, in an area characterized by optimal exposure and altitude, soil and climate characteristics that allow to obtain wines with a certain complexity, but above all flavor and freshness. The training system is counter-espalier pruned in Guyot, with a density of about 4000 plants per hectare.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING › The semi-dried grapes on the plants are hand-picked in 14 kg crates in the first ten days of October. Destemmed and subjected to cold maceration for 12 hours, they are pressed vigorously. The must is cold decanted and ferments for 8-10 days until reaching the desired alcohol content and residual sugar content. Fermentation is stopped by refrigeration, after which the wine ages for about 4 months in steel tanks, before evolving further in the bottle.
