It has a coral pink color with golden reflections. The nose reveals notes of red berries and floral scents. Incredibly fresh, it has a nice flavor. Ideal for aperitifs, starters, fish dishes and desserts. Serving temperature 10-12 °C.
Grapes : 100% Frappato produced in the territory of Partinico, Contrada Mirto at approximately 650 m above sea level.
Vinification and refinement : manual harvest in 14 kg crates in the second ten days of August. Soft pressing of the grapes and 12 hours of cold maceration on the skins followed by white vinification at controlled temperatures.
