Sagardoa is the Basque word for cider. Ours comes from Izeta Sagardotegia in Guipuzcoa. 100% Organic production protected by the local Basque designation "Denomination of Origin Euskal Sagardoa."
Harvested from 6 different varieties of native Basque apples: Txalaka, Mozolo, Gazi, Errezil, Gozo, and Moko which all grow in very close proximity to the sea. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for a few short months and bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added sugars, and only 10ppm of SO2 at bottling.
Don't let it's cloudy appearance fool you, this cider is light and crisp like a Granny Smith.
Serving Recs: Chill and pour over the shoulder into a widemouthed glass or plastic cup for proper aeration. Try not to spill it all.
Ingredients: Organic Apples. It’s that simple.
NO CONCENTRATES. NO ADDED SUGAR. NO ADDED FLAVORS.
