The idea of La Lata originated with Rebujito, a sherry cocktail we grew up drinking at the Feria de Abril in Sevilla. This is the Vermouth based sibling to the Rebujito. Here we took the same Sherry used in Rebujito and aromatized with a blend of herbs, spices, and botanicals to make our own Vermouth. Then we take that and mix with real grapefruit juice resulting in a complex, yet refreshing dry vermouth spritz.
Think Christmas in the summer.
Servic recs: Serve over ice and add dried orange slice or chilled right from the can sitting poolside.
Ingredients: Organic Fino Sherry, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Grapefruit Juice. Zero SO2. It's that simple.
