Conditions of access
Vinexpo Americas is an event reserved for wine and spirits professionals or associated businesses, along with journalists.
• It is not open to the general public.
• No admission for people under 21, even when accompanied.
• Animals are not allowed into the exhibition area.
• Appropriate attire is required.
Ⓘ For safety and crowd-flow reasons, suitcases and bottles carried in backpacks are not permitted for visitors.
For security and visitor comfort reasons, any hand luggage exceeding 55cm x 35cm x 25cm (cabin size) must be left at the cloakroom at the entrance of the show.
The entry badge is mandatory for accessing the event and for moving around the exhibition.
This badge is strictly personal.*
The identity of participants can be checked at the entrance.
Stations to collect your badge will open at 9:00 am.
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, the following items are strictly prohibited on site.
• Weapons, Tools and Pyrotechnics: Weapons of any kind (sharp objects, firearms), any flammable or explosive pyrotechnic items, construction tools or equipment. Sharp objects or items that could be used as projectiles
• Consumables: Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, narcotics or illegal substances, flammable or hazardous materials, aerosol sprays, candles.
• Personal Protection Equipment: motorcycle helmets, personal mobility devices (motorised or not).
• Other Prohibited Items: full-face masks, protest or demonstration materials.
