About
First come, first seated

This masterclass will provide information on the heritage of American heritage grapes. Also known as criollas, these are native varieties that emerged from natural crosses between vines brought by European colonizers and have evolved over nearly 500 years, adapting to diverse conditions in Latin America.

Today they represent a great legacy and their revaluation is arousing great interest in the trade and consumers to enrich the diversity of styles and enhance cultural identity. Two expert sommeliers will talk about their history and taste interesting wines.
