Nomora Cuvée Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine based on Pinot Noir and Merlot, characterized by notes of small red fruits, citrus and yellow peach. Vibrant acidity and very fine perlage.
The process we adopted for the first release of Nomora wines is based on vacuum distillation, a process that involves transferring the wine through a distillation column at a temperature of 30 °C to gently extract highly volatile compounds such as alcohol.
