Nomora is one of Italy's pioneers in the production of alcohol-free wines, creating dealcoholized wines from day one through a steadfast commitment to research and experimentation. Only the finest base wines, made from organically grown grapes, are selected to ensure access to a healthy and high-quality product for those who—by choice or necessity—seek an alternative that maintains the wine's complexity, elegance, and convivial spirit.

Nomora was born in Alba, Piedmont, in 2024, inspired by the vision of Paolo Repetto, founder of Vinifera Italy in 2005 and with extensive experience in the selection and sale of fine wines. After years immersed in tastings, events, and wine-infused celebrations, Paolo began searching for an alternative that could combine the joy of conviviality with the growing demand for taste and wellbeing. Although we are a young company, our future is crystal clear. 

While the history of alcohol-free wines in Italy is still quite recent, we strongly believe in this category and are committed to innovation and continuous improvement.

WHAT’S NEXT? We plan to release two still wines before the end 2025
